I have SOLVED this issue, by cutting Light weight WHITE Cardboard in 8.5 inches by 12 to 13 inches. The only thing I have found is a lot of times my paper sticks out from the edges of the folder, and gets caught on the cutouts on the sides of the crates. I have organized them by categories in alphabetical order, I also have found some Library Cabinet Label Brackets, that I will be screwing on, so that I can put a changing Paper Label in each one, for easy reference when I need to find something.
They are low enough to fit double stacked UNDER my craft table. I really don't know how many hanging folders I have in each but, I now have all my PRINTED 12x12 paper in them. Other reviews stated it could be a smidge wider (1/8") and I agree this would help the file folders stay/hang straight and keep them from wanting to turn.
